We had a wonderful gathering of Singaporeans celebrating Singapore's 60th National Day at Dim Sum Emperors Toul Kork St 566. The Singapore Ambassador attended, and we enjoyed Singaporean hawker food favorites including rojak, laksa, cheese kueh, popiah, otah-otah, fried carrot cake, and more.

The celebration brought a taste of home to Singaporeans living in Phnom Penh. Authentic dishes captured the diverse culinary heritage Singapore is known for. From the savory laksa to the delicate popiah, each dish represented the multicultural food scene that makes Singapore a global food destination.
